Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to successfully implement and integrate solutions through expert advisory services and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on application programming interface capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation best practices.
- Support clients throughout implementation projects by diagnosing and resolving integration issues and technical challenges.
- Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing activities to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client administrators and integration development teams.
- Maintain accurate project information using internal systems for issue tracking, project management, time reporting, and enhancement requests.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting materials, and how-to resources to enhance the knowledge base.
