  • Extensive experience leading high-performing pre-sales teams within financial services, driving measurable revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of fundamentals in credit, compliance and master data management to engage effectively with insurance underwriting, exposure and risk management professionals
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver enterprise-wide solutions across complex client organizations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities, fostering trust with clients, partners, and internal teams

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Casualty WFS sales team within the Insurance segment in Europe, overseeing Product Specialists to exceed annual revenue and growth targets
  • Own regional sales strategy and execution for Insurance-focused Casualty WFS solutions across European markets, aligned with Moody’s Analytics’ commercial objectives
  • Drive prospecting activity and expand product adoption through both new client acquisition and cross-selling into existing insurance accounts
  • Guide the team through the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, demonstrations, proposal development, and deal closure
  • Develop complex, client-centric solution proposals leveraging Moody’s Analytics’ full suite of Insurance products, services, and intellectual property
  • Collaborate closely with Front-line Sales, Insurance Subject Matter Experts, Product Specialists, and Delivery teams to advance opportunities and demonstrate end-to-end solution value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key European insurance market participants and strategic partners, overseeing partnership-based sales activity across the region
  • Introduce leads to other business units to reinforce Moody’s long-term value proposition and annuity-driven business model
  • Support post-sales implementation activities to enhance client satisfaction and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Provide continuous coaching, skill development, and performance management for team members

The Insurance Sales team drives the growth of Moody’s Analytics by delivering integrated, high-impact solutions that support insurers across underwriting, pricing, reserving, capital management, and risk analytics. The Casualty WFS team plays a critical role within the Insurance segment, partnering closely with Product, Strategy, and Delivery teams to bring the full strength of Moody’s expertise to insurance clients across Europe.
