Skills and Competencies

  • Typically 8–10 years of product management experience, including experience in financial services, financial technology, or risk management software.
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end from discovery and specification through launch and post-launch iteration, with the ability to independently drive a product area.
  • Deep understanding of generative artificial intelligence, large language models, agentic artificial intelligence, and application programming interface or protocol-based products; direct exposure to Model Context Protocol or comparable agent-tooling protocols preferred.
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies with experience leading ceremonies, managing backlogs, improving ways of working through retrospectives, and driving outcomes through key performance indicator reviews.
  • Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities and influence product roadmap direction.
  • Technical fluency to participate in architecture, infrastructure, authentication, security, and application programming interface design discussions while effectively evaluating trade-offs without requiring hands-on coding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, business, and partner teams.
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Moody's Model Context Protocol products that enable agentic and artificial intelligence-native workflows.
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Model Context Protocol server and application portfolio, ensuring a coherent, extensible, and well-documented platform experience.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while balancing new capabilities, platform stability, governance requirements, and technical debt.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, security, and strategy teams to translate customer and business needs into actionable product milestones and releases.
  • Conduct customer, partner, developer, and market research to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and ensure the platform remains competitive within the evolving artificial intelligence ecosystem.
  • Lead the squad operating rhythm through planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities that drive delivery consistency and accountability.
  • Define and monitor product and platform key performance indicators including adoption, usage, reliability, and developer satisfaction to measure impact and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and release readiness while ensuring appropriate controls, security reviews, and quality standards are maintained across the product lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with business units, client-facing teams, and technology partners to identify new application opportunities and support internal and external developer success.
