Skills and CompetenciesDeep subject matter expertise in supply chain risk management (SCRM), supplier and third-party risk, multi-tier supply chain visibility, operational resilience, business continuity, and procurement risk managementStrong ability to act as a trusted advisor, translating complex supply chain due diligence, sustainability reporting, operational resilience, sanctions, export controls, cyber resilience and responsible sourcing requirements into clear business value for corporate procurement, supply chain, risk, finance, and operational leadersExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, Chief Procurement Officers, Chief Supply Chain Officers, risk leaders, and cross-functional decision-makersStrong commercial acumen with experience supporting discovery, qualification, solution design, and complex corporate sales opportunitiesAbility to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographiesThought leadership capability, including public speaking, client roundtables, industry advocacy, training delivery, content creation, and internal sales enablement within supply chain risk management and corporate risk environmentsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, data analytics, risk assessment technologies, and continuous monitoring, with the ability to apply AI responsibly to improve supplier visibility, early-warning capabilities, scenario analysis, and operational efficiencyEducationBachelor’s degree required.
