The Role / Responsibilities: The Director – Learning & Enablement plays a key role in meeting Moody’s KYC unit’s objective of ensuring all client facing teams that work with the KYC unit are fully informed and trained appropriately on the full suite of Moody’s KYC client solutions. The Director – Learning & Enablement will drive awareness, understanding and relevant knowledge acquisition of the KYC unit’s products and solutions to empower client facing teams to have meaningful conversations with their clients and problem solve with them from first principles. This role is responsible for the end-to-end creation of a learning & enablement programme, liaising with internal departments and/or external resources to secure appropriate support.
