Skills and Competencies

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, with a focus on process improvement, workflow optimisation and operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing workflows, governance and operational best practices
  • Experience with workflow and project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to influence adoption across global, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
  • Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for supporting the global transformation of marketing operations by driving process excellence, campaign workflow optimisation and adoption of modern tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Drive execution and governance of end-to-end marketing campaign workflows including intake, planning, execution and measurement
  • Own the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana, including design, best practices and user enablement
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline campaign execution, reduce friction and enhance marketer experience
  • Support delivery of global marketing transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new platforms, workflows and operating models
  • Apply structured change management approaches to assess readiness, gather feedback and embed sustainable ways of working
  • Communicate workflow updates and improvements to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption across the organisation
  • Utilise project management methodologies to plan, execute and close projects effectively and on time
  • Use design thinking approaches to engage stakeholders, gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives

The Demand Generation and Marketing Operations team is responsible for enabling scalable, efficient and high-impact marketing across Moody’s global organisation. The team drives the adoption of modern marketing technologies, workflow standardisation and AI-enabled capabilities to support more than 160 marketers worldwide.
