Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on experience executing demand generation campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Hubspot, that support lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes is essential.
- Experience working in a B2B environment in tech or financial services.
- Practical experience activating campaigns across one or more digital channels such as email, paid search/social/programmatic, content syndication and webinar channels.
- Experience building and activating audiences using segmentation, smart lists, and data-driven targeting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign journeys before launch.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance, lead engagement, and conversion metrics to support optimization.
- Experience using AI tools to support demand generation execution, such as generating messaging variations, supporting personalization, and speeding up campaign build and QA tasks.
- Growing awareness of responsible and ethical AI use in marketing, including consideration of data privacy, customer impact, and brand-safe messaging.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities
- Execute demand generation campaigns that engage prospects and customers across the lifecycle and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across email, digital, paid, social, content syndication and webinar channels.
- Build and activate campaign audiences using smart lists and segmentation aligned to campaign objectives.
- Create and manage campaign and program builds within the marketing automation platform.
- Execute email creation, testing, quality assurance, and activation to ensure accurate delivery and strong customer experience.
- Create and apply campaign identifiers to enable consistent tracking and reporting.
- Conduct thorough QA of campaigns, including links, forms, dynamic content, and automation flows.
- Support campaign nurturing and customer journey execution across lifecycle stages.
- Use AI tools to support faster execution, testing, and optimization of demand generation campaigns.
- Prepare and share campaign performance insights, focusing on engagement, conversion, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Development teams to support timely campaign follow-up and lead engagement.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, insights, and experimentation.
- Work closely with Demand Generation Operations to ensure execution aligns with established processes and standards.
