- Partner with brand, content, and creative teams to bring campaigns and narratives to life through events.
- Manage logistics including venues, production, vendors, catering, registration, travel, and on-site execution.
- Own timelines, budgets, and risk management for assigned experiences.
- Serve as the primary operational and creative delivery point of contact for local partners and vendors.
- Ensure all experiences are emotionally engaging, on-brand, memorable, and operationally sound.
- Track performance against KPIs including attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
- Capture feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Use digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled systems to streamline planning, reporting, and communication workflows.
