Skills and Competencies
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or lead generation (financial services preferred)
- Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement impactful training programs
- Communication: Strong presentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data and market insights to improve performance
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, and other enablement platforms/tools
- Collaboration: Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Project Management: Ability to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they meet predefined objectives, timelines, and budgets while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to lead training initiatives and drive adoption of AI tools and sales technologies across Moody’s Ratings Commercial organization. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to empower our sales teams with the skills, tools, and insights they need to succeed.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs tailored to different roles and experience levels. Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning strategies. Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback; ensure compliance with policies. Develop engaging materials and coordinate external-led workshops.
- AI & Tool Adoption: Manage the AI, tools, and subscriptions repository; oversee seat allocation. Drive adoption metrics and analyze survey results to improve engagement. Regularly collect feedback on our AI, Tools and Subscription ecosystem, making strategic recommendations on ways to enhance tool usage and sales effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Moody’s to assure our AI, Tools and Subscription adoption strategy is aligned with the larger organization.
