The Role / Responsibilities:
- Work with Analyst Relations & Awards Leads, ensuring each segment and solution gains an appropriate quantity and quality of coverage by industry analysts, and earns an appropriate number and quality of awards.
- Collaborate with key partners from Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to execute holistic analyst relations and awards plan, ensuring it represents full solutions and “One Moody’s”.
- Assist in crafting compelling content and presentations tailored for the analyst community.
- Centrally coordinate, manage and track analyst briefings and interactions.
- Maintain an awards and analyst RFI knowledge base that tracks RFI responses, and industry research reports.
- Project management analyst RFI and industry award workflow management.
- Monitor analyst research, market trends, and the competitive landscape, identifying key influencers whose opinions and recommendations drive customer and industry action.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to identify influential analysts and industry players, track their insights and outputs, to assist strategically grow the analyst relations and awards program.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial institution preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, analyst relations, or project management desirable.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Results and customer-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, editing and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, analysts, and other key influencers in the industry.
