Skills and Competencies- Strong instructional design and/or learning experience design capabilities.
- Experience using authoring tools, digital adoption platforms, learning management systems, and AI tools.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Effective communicator and presenter; ability to draft scripts, user guides, and learning narratives.
- High attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
- Passion for technology, digital transformation, and driving digital adoption.
Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Multimedia Technologies, or similar proficiency required.
Responsibilities- Support the creation of digital learning experiences that enhance product help, onboarding, and software adoption for Moody’s Analytics applications.
- Evaluate learning and adoption needs and align solutions with internal and external client objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders across Customer Service, Digital Management, and other units.
- Understand workflows, pain points, and user adoption needs using discovery methods such as interviews and workflow assessments.
- Translate learning needs into effective instructional and digital adoption solutions.
- Develop a variety of digital learning experiences (videos, online learning, in-app guidance, on-screen interactive content).
- Ensure effective use of digital learning tools and explore new capabilities for increased engagement.
- Perform quality assurance on learning content created by internal stakeholders or other learning professionals.
- Coordinate and deliver all phases of the design and production lifecycle.
- Build proficiency in learning experience and digital adoption best practices; contribute to the community of practitioners.
- Present learning solutions confidently to stakeholders.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and deliver projects on schedule.
Our Digital Training & Adoption team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining product-wide learning solutions across Moody’s Analytics. We partner with business units to provide product help, support digital adoption, and centrally manage in-app learning experiences across 40+ Moody’s Analytics products. By joining our team, you will contribute to impactful work that elevates customer experience, drives product adoption, and enables users to fully benefit from our software.
