Skills and Competencies
  • Experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding activities, technical projects, or client-facing technology solutions, with the ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify practical solutions, and work collaboratively to resolve challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exposure to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, cloud technologies, data solutions, application programming interfaces (APIs), or technical integrations is preferred but not required.
  • Experience within financial services, technology, business intelligence, customer success, consulting, or related industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to support research, documentation, problem solving, and operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate data security and governance standards.
  • Applies AI-assisted insights and automation to improve implementation activities, customer onboarding, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline such as Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Support the successful implementation and adoption of Moody's solutions by assisting clients with onboarding, configuration, testing, and ongoing support activities.
  • Support the implementation of Moody's software and data solutions for corporate and government clients, helping to ensure successful delivery against client requirements.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business and technical requirements to support solution configuration and deployment activities.
  • Support software configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with senior implementation team members to troubleshoot issues and support the resolution of client enquiries.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Project Management teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and supporting onboarding and training activities.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles to support both clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor implementation progress and support project administration activities, including status tracking and issue management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, and customer experience.
  • Utilise AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities where appropriate to improve efficiency, enhance documentation quality, and support knowledge sharing while adhering to responsible AI practices.
About the Team

Our Corporates & Government (C&G) Customer Engagement team is responsible for helping clients successfully implement and adopt Moody's solutions that support credit risk analysis, research, workflow efficiency, and decision-making across corporate and government markets. The team contributes to Moody's by:

  • Delivering successful implementations that enable clients to realise value quickly and maximise adoption of Moody's products and solutions.
  • Partnering with clients to integrate Moody's technology into their business processes and technical environments.
  • Leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, and innovative delivery practices to improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
