Responsibilities
- Support the global transformation of marketing operations by driving process excellence, campaign workflow optimisation and adoption of modern tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Drive execution and governance of end-to-end marketing campaign workflows including intake, planning, execution and measurement.
- Own the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana, including design, best practices and user enablement.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline campaign execution, reduce friction and enhance marketer experience.
- Support delivery of global marketing transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new platforms, workflows and operating models.
- Apply structured change management approaches to assess readiness, gather feedback and embed sustainable ways of working.
- Communicate workflow updates and improvements to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption across the organisation.
- Utilise project management methodologies to plan, execute and close projects effectively and on time.
- Use design thinking approaches to engage stakeholders, gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
