Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the London administrative function to ensure high-quality support, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the office.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the UK administrative management team, supporting Senior Administrative Coordinators in delivering consistent and effective administrative services.
- Ensure high-quality support for senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, confidential information handling, and project support.
- Manage administrative capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce requirements aligned to business needs.
- Lead performance management, development, coaching, engagement activities, and training completion across the UK administrative population.
- Partner with the UK Country Manager and key stakeholders to support office management priorities, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and organizational culture.
- Build strong relationships with partners across People, Legal, Facilities, Technology, Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Business Planning, and senior business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology adoption, automation initiatives, and effective implementation of regional and global programs.
- Oversee business events, leadership meetings, office logistics, facilities planning, and continuity of administrative support while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
