Responsibilities
- Supports the planning, development, and execution of clear, consistent communications alongside a global team to align Data Estate priorities with global stakeholder needs.
- Research and review project documentation, communications materials, and project plans to inform messaging and content development.
- Plan, maintain, and update the communications calendar aligned with project milestones, software development lifecycle stages, and product or go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Draft, edit, and update communications materials including internal announcements, presentations, newsletters, brochures, infographics, and talking points.
- Catalogue and organize communications artefacts to ensure accessibility, consistency, and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Engage stakeholders across data, software engineering, product, governance, risk, and sales to gather feedback and improve clarity, accuracy, and impact of communications.
- Tailor messaging and presentation materials for senior leaders, operational teams, and client‑facing audiences across regions.
- Develop communications resources supporting sales and client engagement, including Moody's data offerings, value propositions, and responses to requests for information or proposals.
- Participate in requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for reporting dashboards to ensure outputs deliver actionable and decision‑ready insights.
- Support the creation and execution of internal communications campaigns to ensure clarity and consistency across outputs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining communications standards and guidelines to support scalability, structural accuracy, and message development.
- Support preparation of communications materials that are structured, tagged, and formatted for interoperability with advanced tools and platforms.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in messaging, propose enhancements, and resolve conceptual conflicts across products and domains.
- Collaborate closely with senior communications staff, contribute to new strategies, and continuously build best practices across the communications function.
