Skills and Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in delivering complex, high-value client implementations in financial services, compliance, or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional project teams in high-pressure environments, delivering measurable results while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, and build trusted client relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging with high-profile strategic clients, deeply understanding their needs, and serving as a dedicated advocate within the organization to drive their success
- Relevant technical acumen, including knowledge of SaaS solutions, APIs, and AI-powered tools
- Skilled in project governance, risk management, and resource planning, with a track record of navigating competing priorities to deliver client-focused outcomes
- Collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork, innovation, and accountability, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members to enhance overall capability
- Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, and Confluence or other relevant tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- KYC certification or familiarity with compliance subjects (e.g. KYC, AML, ABC, Sanctions and PEPs). AML qualification desired but not required
Responsibilities
- As a project manager within the Corporates and Governments team, you will act as the strategic leader and primary point of contact for client implementation projects, representing Moody’s Analytics and ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations. You will also at times work on internal projects helping to create value through efficiencies
- Manage a portfolio of projects including ownership of governance, reporting, contributing to building standard approaches, documentation of requirements, maintaining customer documentation and the onboarding plan
- Lead cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, solution specialists, domain experts, and product managers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution
- Develop and execute actionable project plans, securing stakeholder buy-in and driving adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks or issues that could impact project delivery, escalating to senior leadership as needed
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and group leaders, offering insights into project progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, contributing to the development of best practices, templates, and tools for the broader team
- Championing customer success by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns, and delivering value through tailored implementation approaches
