Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, consulting, or product strategy role within the enterprise software, data analytics, or information services industries.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) as it applies to sales and marketing use cases, including CRM data enrichment, lead generation, account planning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, sales intelligence, marketing automation) and third-party data integration patterns.
- Direct experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is a major plus.
- A proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor in complex and lengthy sales cycles; demonstrated experience in the technical sales of complex data, software, or SaaS solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, particularly Generative AI and its practical applications in business workflows. Hands-on experience using AI tools is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and C-level executive audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 40% to engage with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients and prospects on data-driven sales, marketing, and go-to-market best practices.
- Partner closely with sales teams and strategic partners to drive complex pre-sales engagements from qualification through deal closure.
- Lead solution architecture efforts by analysing client GTM processes, sales workflows, and data challenges.
- Elevate proposals and proofs-of-concept by demonstrating how Moody's data, analytics, and GenAI capabilities accelerate revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver impactful thought leadership through publications, events, webinars, and industry forums.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics into product and strategy inputs.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and build business cases for new capabilities, integrations, and GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Enable internal teams through training, coaching, and go-to-market enablement focused on sales acceleration use cases.
