Skills and Competencies
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in employee listening, data analytics, HR, consulting, or a related field, with the ability to derive meaningful insights that influence business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation to manage and analyze complex datasets
  • Strong expertise in building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI or similar tools) to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify patterns, and translate findings into compelling, action-oriented narratives
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across HR, analytics, technology, vendors, and leadership teams
  • Working knowledge of employee listening methodologies and survey platforms (e.g., Viva Glint, Qualtrics), with familiarity in emerging analytics and AI-powered tools as an added advantage
Education
  • Bachelors degree or higher
Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and execution of modernized employee listening strategy, including scoping new data channels and building toward a cohesive employee journey view
  • Analyze employee engagement data (surveys, focus groups, recognition data, etc.) to identify trends, drivers, and patterns across the employee journey
  • Design and build dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Excel that surface key metrics and insights for executive and senior leadership
  • Create compelling data narratives and PowerPoint presentations that translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership audiences
  • Partner with People Analytics, Digital People Systems, HR, and vendors to identify data gaps and build toward an integrated employee journey view
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on data priorities and drive execution

About the Team: The Employee Experience function within the Talent Organization is modernizing how we listen to and engage employees. You'll work closely with the head of Employee Experience, People Analytics, and leadership to build the data analytics and storytelling capability that makes employee voice visible and actionable across Moody's. You'll work at the intersection of data, people, and strategy - translating employee experience into actionable insights that drive meaningful change.
