Skills and Competencies
- 3+ years of experience delivering software implementations, customer trials or technology adoption programs, preferably within financial services, financial software, data or analytics
- Strong client-facing delivery experience, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder management, onboarding and training
- Working knowledge of RESTful application programming interfaces, JSON, data integration principles and enterprise technology ecosystems. Familiarity with SOAP application programming interfaces preferred
- Experience using customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
- Ability to analyse business workflows and identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, automation and data-driven solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required:
- Experience supporting end-to-end customer implementations or trials, including discovery, onboarding, training, engagement monitoring, issue resolution and feedback collection
Preferred:
- Familiarity with financial data, company information, credit research, corporate ownership or risk management solutions
- Experience working with Model Context Protocol services, agentic workflows, generative artificial intelligence platforms or embedded data solutions
- Familiarity with basic coding and analytics principles, including HTML, Python, JavaScript or data visualisation tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Master’s degree, Master of Business Administration or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Enable customers to successfully adopt Moody’s generative artificial intelligence and data solutions through implementation leadership, technical guidance and consultative support.
- Lead implementation, onboarding and adoption activities for generative artificial intelligence, agentic workflow, data and Model Context Protocol solutions
- Manage customer engagements from discovery and requirements gathering through technical onboarding, training, feedback collection and completion
- Conduct workflow assessments to identify customer use cases, business requirements and opportunities for artificial intelligence-enabled improvements
- Support customers with solution configuration, access, entitlements, application programming interface integrations and technical setup
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and user and technical training remotely and on-site
- Develop customer-facing prompts, dashboards, onboarding guides, training materials and implementation documentation
- Provide best-practice and consultative guidance to support stable deployments and effective solution adoption
- Partner with prospective and existing customers to validate use cases and support strategic commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with client technical teams and internal subject-matter experts to investigate and resolve product, data, access and integration issues
- Gather structured customer feedback and communicate validated requirements and enhancement opportunities to Product Management and Strategy teams
- Maintain accurate project, trial and pipeline reporting using internal tracking and customer relationship management systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation reviews, methodology enhancements, reusable templates and knowledge-sharing materials
- Work independently across assigned engagements while escalating material risks, issues and dependencies through established channels
- Travel occasionally to customer locations when required

Our Solutions Delivery team connects Product, Sales, Customer Success and customer needs to drive adoption of Moody’s generative artificial intelligence and agentic solutions. The team enables customers and internal teams to understand, implement and adopt artificial intelligence and embedded data solutions, translates customer feedback and implementation experience into product and roadmap improvements, and supports strategic commercial opportunities through demonstrations, trials, workflow design and technical validation. By joining our team, you will contribute to customer engagements involving generative artificial intelligence, agentic workflows, enterprise data and scalable integrations across global markets.
