In this role you will lead lending and data GTM across Europe and Africa, translating Moody’s analytics and AI capabilities into client value. You’ll align cross-functional teams to drive growth, onboard and enable partners, and shape regional strategy for early warning and data mastery. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to scale connected banking propositions while upholding responsible AI and governance. This is a high-impact, externally-facing position that shapes regional adoption of Moody’s data estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead lending and data go-to-market execution across Europe and Africa to drive client value and growth.
- Oversee regional GTM enablement for early warning, prospecting, and master data management using Moody’s data estate.
- Scale lending GTM coverage across origination, onboarding, underwriting, credit decisioning, and related workflows.
- Translate data, analytics, lending workflows, and AI capabilities into compelling client stories and ROI narratives.
- Co-lead opportunities from qualification to close, including proofs of concept, RFPs, and client workshops.
- Apply the Connected Banking Wheel operating model to create repeatable playbooks, battle cards, and demo storylines.
- Enable sales and partner teams to articulate differentiated value to senior stakeholders across risk and transformation.
- Develop co-sell motions with consultancies, SI partners, and cloud partners with marketplace opportunities.
- Act as voice of the customer for data and lending initiatives, guiding product for validation and adoption.
- Represent Moody’s externally at client meetings and events to strengthen pipeline and impact.
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in banking or serving banks via fintech, data, or analytics providers.
- Deep knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk, onboarding, entity and credit data, MDM, and end-to-end lending workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex GTM initiatives across sales, product, data science, and client-facing teams.
- Hands-on familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), and generative or agentic AI architectures.
- Experience building partner ecosystems and co-sell motions with consultancies, SI firms, and cloud partners.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to lead client workshops and speak publicly; willingness to travel regionally.
- Demonstrated AI-driven strategic transformation experience with focus on responsible use, risk management, and governance.
- Experience with entity resolution, data quality programs, lending platforms, Salesforce, Power BI, or related cloud certifications (preferred).
