Moody's is seeking an experienced and collaborative marketing professional to join our dynamic team as Assistant Director, Content & Campaigns, Corporates. Reporting to the Director, Content & Campaigns - Corporates & Government, this high‑visibility, cross‑functional role will work across multiple internal teams to tailor content and campaigns to the needs of our customers and ensure alignment with our customers’ priorities. The role demands a deep understanding of the non‑financial corporates, third‑party risk, and risk management landscape, including key trends and talking points, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities

- Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
- Contributing meaningfully to Moody's mission of guiding clients through uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, including building structured campaign calendars, tailoring messaging, and ensuring a cohesive approach aligned with Moody's overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, marketing, and subject‑matter experts to align campaign goals and prioritise key growth use cases, including Supplier Risk, Trade Credit, Transfer Pricing, Third Party Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Lead the development and adaptation of high‑impact content, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and case studies, ensuring relevance to target audiences and adherence to Moody's brand standards.
- Own content quality and storytelling, applying strong editorial judgment to produce compelling B2B marketing materials across both long‑ and short‑form formats.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to guide the development of engaging, high‑quality marketing assets, demonstrating strong marketing communications expertise and creative direction.
- Leverage knowledge of artificial intelligence to support marketing initiatives, guiding teams in the application of AI tools to improve workflows, generate insights, and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on AI developments and promote responsible AI practices, including risk management, ethical use, and transparency in marketing applications.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content development, and marcom/creating assets.
- Experience creating content for KYC/Compliance, third‑party risk management, supply chains, and/or a focus on the following domains: Energy, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals.
- Experience designing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education: BA in journalism, English, communications, marketing, finance, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
