Skills And Competencies
- Significant experience leading demand generation and field marketing strategy and execution across multiregional environments within the Insurance industry, including complex, enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong competencies in translating a program or campaign strategy into account based, demand generating programs, aligned to priority accounts, buying groups, and pipeline growth.
- Proven ability to plan strategically to optimize marketing investments between physical events and digital channels across multiple lines of business and regions through the full buying journey.
- Strong competencies in designing and executing ABM‑led engagement strategies, including account prioritisation, orchestration across channels, and alignment to sales coverage models.
- Experience shaping regional insurance‑focused event strategies, acting as the central coordination point for stakeholder alignment, SME input, and collaboration with central events teams.
- Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing teams while driving end‑to‑end marketing operational excellence, ensuring clear prioritisation, accountability, and consistent delivery.
- Advanced executive stakeholder communications and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with Insurance Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, Digital, Content & Campaigns, and Product Marketing teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, applying AI tools to streamline marketing workflows, enhance account targeting, improve campaign performance, and introduce responsible AI powered solutions that address business challenges.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to assess account‑level and regional effectiveness, optimise lead and opportunity processes, and continuously improve campaign, ABM, and event outcomes.
- Use of Demand Generation and ABM specific KPIs (e.g., account engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity velocity) to drive optimisation and efficiency of customer engagement and business contribution.
- Experience working with intent‑driven, account‑based engagement, including hands‑on experience with the latest tools and technologies for account intelligence and intent signals.
- Strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to guide teams in applying AI tools to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and boost marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities
- This leader will guide a high‑performing team in shaping and executing global demand generation, ABM, and field marketing strategies that strengthen Moody’s competitive position in the global insurance market.
- Lead the Insurance demand generation and field marketing strategy, aligning with segment priorities to drive growth, deepen customer engagement, and support pipeline creation.
- Partner with Content Development and Campaign Management teams to translate segment strategy and messaging into actionable demand generation and field marketing execution plans.
- Lead development and ongoing refinement of Insurance ICPs, buyer personas, and buying group frameworks, ensuring clear segmentation for all DG, ABM, and field marketing efforts.
- Develop an Insurance ABM‑led strategy to achieve MQL, pipeline, and new business goals through integrated campaigns, events, and partner marketing.
- Partner closely with senior Insurance sales leaders to ensure DG and field marketing activities align with account plans, new customer acquisition, and customer expansion.
- Lead and develop regional team members responsible for field marketing and account‑based plans across the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
- Consult with Asia Pacific field marketing teams on Insurance segment demand generation priorities.
- Lead and develop DG and ABM team members responsible for strategy, campaign setup, and optimisation within platforms such as Marketo, partnering closely with Paid Media and Marketing Operations.
- Shape the regional Insurance event strategy, ensuring alignment with regional stakeholders, SME involvement, and capacity planning with the central events team.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop with SDR and Sales teams regarding lead quality, conversion rates, opportunity progression, and deal size trends.
- Continuously monitor campaign, ABM, and event performance at the account and segment level, adjusting strategies proactively to meet goals.
- Oversee implementation and optimisation of intent monitoring and account intelligence technologies to improve ABM execution.
- Drive leadership in the use of AI to accelerate speed‑to‑market, optimize ABM programs, and enhance team effectiveness.
