Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and strategic account management, with a strong focus on large global corporate clients within the Insurance Segment.
- Solid understanding of the insurance market across the UK and Continental Europe, including brokers, insurers, and reinsurers.
- Established London market network with perspective of unique market drivers and trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CUOs, CROs, COOs).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets by cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across a broad product portfolio.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex, multi-year, and multi-stakeholder deals.

- Manage and successfully close complex renewal negotiations, ensuring client retention while identifying opportunities for expansion.

- Convey the Moody's Analytics value proposition through a consultative selling approach.

About the team: The Insurance Sales team drives the growth of Moody's Analytics by delivering integrated, high-impact solutions that support insurers across underwriting, pricing, reserving, capital management, and risk analytics. The Relationship Management team plays a critical role within the Insurance segment, partnering closely with Product, Strategy, and Delivery teams to bring the full strength of Moody's expertise to insurance clients across Europe.
