Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience leading and managing administrative or operational support teams within a complex, senior stakeholder environment
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including performance management, coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management

Education
- Appropriate qualifications such as college education, university degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the London administrative function to ensure high-quality support, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the office
- Provide leadership and oversight for the UK administrative management team, supporting Senior Administrative Coordinators in delivering consistent and effective administrative services
- Ensure high-quality support for senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, confidential information handling, and project support
- Manage administrative capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce requirements aligned to business needs
- Lead performance management, development, coaching, engagement activities, and training completion across the UK administrative population
- Partner with the UK Country Manager and key stakeholders to support office management priorities, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and organizational culture
- Build strong relationships with partners across People, Legal, Facilities, Technology, Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Business Planning, and senior business leaders
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology adoption, automation initiatives, and effective implementation of regional and global programs
- Oversee business events, leadership meetings, office logistics, facilities planning, and continuity of administrative support while identifying and mitigating operational risks
