Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience supporting enterprise software applications in a customer-facing environment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business impact and prioritise effectively
- Working knowledge of Cloud-based SaaS technologies, REST APIs, SQL, and familiarity with monitoring and data visualisation tools (e.g., Kibana) and authentication frameworks such as SSO is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage multiple customer questions while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams; industry exposure (insurance, reinsurance, or financial services)
- Have a proactive and curious approach to utilising AI, at Moody’s we are embracing and leading with Agentic AI and are looking for colleagues to embed these capabilities into everyday working
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant STEM-related discipline
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and implementation assistance for enterprise software solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Provide technical support and implementation guidance across the Moody’s Insurance product suite, following established support processes and best practices
- Manage customer inquiries and technical issues of moderate complexity through to resolution, escalating where appropriate and maintaining timely communications
- Investigate and troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and integration-related issues using logs, databases, APIs, and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Develop an understanding of customer workflows, business processes, and operational challenges to provide effective support
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, documentation updates, and process improvement activities
- Participate in software release readiness activities, user acceptance testing support, and internal enablement sessions

The team works closely with customers, Product, Engineering, and Cloud Operations to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.
