Skills and Competencies
- Foundational experience in sales, sales operations, or customer success, supporting commercial activities and client engagement across the sales lifecycle.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
- Ability to analyse account data, including product usage and pricing, to support retention and growth opportunities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey both high‐level and detailed product information.

Education

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales lifecycle, contributing to client engagement, business development, and achievement of commercial goals.
- Assist in managing renewal processes by ensuring timely contract execution, identifying high‐risk cases, and supporting pricing alignment.
- Help identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities, coordinating internally to progress deals and flag potential roadblocks early.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management systems, including managing accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare for client meetings using available tools to summarise client activity and support internal alignment on objectives.
- Collaborate with customer success and internal stakeholders to monitor account health and support product adoption and implementation.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to ensure smooth client lifecycle management.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with internal requirements.
- Participate in client engagements, including occasional travel, while supporting a hybrid working environment.
