Role Responsibilities

  • Develop creative, social-first content plans that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience engagement goals.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling content concepts and storytelling frameworks designed to maximise performance across social media platforms.
  • Lead content shoots with confidence, directing talent and stakeholders while taking ownership of creative execution both behind and, where required, in front of the camera.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily across the beauty, lifestyle, and wellbeing sectors.
  • Capture, edit, and publish content in real time during live events, activations, and shoots, thriving in fast‑paced environments with tight turnaround times when required.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and evolving content formats, proactively identifying opportunities to test, learn, and enhance client performance.
  • Contribute to new business development by supporting client pitches with creative concepts, content mock-ups, and innovative social-first campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to continuously refine content strategies and deliver best‑in‑class social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content (portfolio required) with a strong understanding of what drives engagement across social media platforms.
  • Confident using an iPhone and camera equipment to capture and edit both lo‑fi and high‑quality content edits.
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard creative software, including video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, and photo editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Confidence working independently on client shoots, events, and content capture days, delivering against briefs to a high standard in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a proactive approach to testing new features, content formats, and creative ideas.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. As a client‑facing role, the successful candidate will be confident collaborating with stakeholders, building trusted partnerships, and developing a deep understanding of client brands, audiences, and industries.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and contribute positively within a collaborative agency environment.
  • Based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance, with the flexibility to regularly attend client shoots, events, and meetings across the city.
