Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of three retained client accounts, overseeing content calendars, content creation, copywriting, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day client communications, including leading weekly client meetings.
  • Develop social media strategies, content plans, and proposals that align with client objectives, target audiences, and wider marketing goals.
  • Lead community management across assigned client social media channels, engaging with audiences and ensuring timely, on-brand responses.
  • Deliver end-to-end production for retained client content shoots, including content planning, on-site content capture, editing, and final asset delivery.
  • Support the delivery of ad hoc client projects, including events, activations, and campaign shoots, capturing, editing, and publishing content in real time where required.
  • Create engaging organic and paid social assets that support wider advertising strategies and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client performance and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing organic social media accounts, with responsibility for content planning, content calendars, copywriting, community management, reporting, and day-to-day client communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a proactive approach to testing new features, content formats, and creative ideas.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with each client's tone of voice and objectives.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance, with the flexibility to regularly attend client shoots, events, and meetings across the city.
