Mood Media, a global leader in elevating customer experiences, is looking for a talented Senior Media Specialist to join our global team.

About the Role: As a Senior Media Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, working closely with creative, sales, and project management teams to bring engaging content strategies to life. You’ll manage content creation and scheduling, collaborate with internal teams to identify client content strategy and work out of multiple content management systems (CMS) to determine requirements and effective ways to meet established deadlines. This is a hybrid role working a few days a week in our London office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary representative for client marketing teams and agencies, building trusted partnerships.
  • Oversee content scheduling and creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Understand project objectives to gather requirements, assets, tracking progress, determine schedules, and publish in CMS(s).
  • Execute the implementation of content launches, promotional updates, and brand campaigns, ensuring precision and timely execution for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Advise clients on content strategy and conduct regular system audits to ensure an effective and efficient scheduling process.
  • Create and maintain client documentation and monthly reports.
  • Create client-facing content submission forms to establish scheduling details and delivery of assets.
  • Work with internal teams as an escalation point for troubleshooting to determine content playback issues.
  • Learn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood’s proprietary CMS - Harmony.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide demos on our proprietary CMS, Harmony.
  • Support/Mentor junior Media Specialists.
  • Test and validate custom development project solutions.
  • Assist on an as needed basis to resize or reformat image and video files using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with industry-leading CMSs, including BrightSign, Signagelive, Screencloud, and/or Harmony.
  • Familiarity with digital media file types and resolutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of creative process workflows.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
