The Senior Director of Account Management is a key member of the Global Account Management team and is responsible for driving client retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. This role oversees the full client relationship and ensures the successful delivery and performance of Mood’s services and solutions.
The Senior Director manages a portfolio of global, enterprise, and national-level brands. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, demonstrating the value of Mood’s solutions, and ensuring long-term client success and profitability.
In addition to managing strategic client relationships, the Senior Director provides leadership and direction to the account executive team. This includes developing retention and growth strategies, creating account plans, and setting short- and long-term goals for the assigned portfolio.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to analyze industry trends, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. The Senior Director will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experiences and business outcomes.
Approximately 50% of the role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention. The remaining 50% focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, monitoring program performance, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Additionally, the Senior Director will actively pursue new business opportunities across Spain and Portugal and maintain a clear business development plan to support regional growth.
