Mood Media are seeking a EMEIA Installations Manager to cover a 9 month maternity contract. As the global leader for Experiential Design and Marketing Solutions, we help brands connect with their customers by providing music, digital signage, scent, integrated audio visual, and interactive mobile marketing solutions that help our clients create an unforgettable experience for their customers. This position is responsible for the coordination of all phases of client AV systems through design and installations. You will manage a portfolio of both National and International Clients, monitoring and maintaining construction schedules and orchestrating installations of AV systems on time and on budget. This post offers a truly unique insight into how all the pieces of our company fit together and the synergy between departments from conception to completion.

Key Installation Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all phases of National & International Client A/V systems design and installations
  • Communicate effectively with National & International Clients regarding system requirements and construction schedules.
  • Review system designs jointly with in-house A/V Design Engineers
  • Solicit designs & proposals from design team.
  • Conduct pricing and feasibility review prior to submitting proposal to client
  • Review scope and negotiate labour pricing with technicians for subcontracted work and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Manage and monitor systems installations, from start to finish, including management of change orders and ensuring compliance with contract schedule, terms, and conditions.
  • Document scope & field changes as they occur and reconcile changes to original proposal with customer and subcontractor prior to final invoicing.
  • Produce accurate revenue Monthly forecast for the portfolio of clients.
  • Clear PO exceptions to ensure timely subcontractor payments and Invoice WIP within 30 days of completion
  • Ability to manage many fast-paced projects at one time.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Intermediate to advanced project management experience preferred
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • A-Level qualifications (or equivalent) or above required.
  • Proficient knowledge of SalesForce and SmartSheets.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations with tact and proper judgment under pressure.
  • Ability to meet strict internal and external timelines / milestones.
  • Ability to produce professional documents, including spreadsheets, correspondence, and e-mail.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Windows Office Suite.
  • Familiar with audio and video commercial systems preferred
