About the Role

The Project Coordinator, fluent in Spanish, Creative Services also known internally as Project Coordinator – Visual Design, is involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms.

This is a collaborative role with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage content scheduling and creative projects
  • Manage projects from beginning to final delivery including gathering project requirements and relevant assets, entering projects into project management system, set schedules, and upload content in CMS
  • Communicate with clients, content team and designers to ensure all deliverables, approvals and deadlines are met
  • Manage client content by collecting, uploading, scheduling, and publishing content in multiple content management systems
  • Assist new clients with onboarding and developing content strategies
  • Learn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood’s proprietary Content
  • Management System, Harmony
  • Test and validate custom development project solutions
  • Offer content support to internal teams such as customer support teams, fulfilment, sales and account managers
  • Create and maintain client documentation, tack hours and monthly reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Job Qualifications

  • Highschool/GED Required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in creative project coordination
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Proficiency in digital signage and content management systems
  • Must speak fluent Spanish
  • Familiarity with digital media file types and resolutions
  • Familiarity with Trello or Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Organized, able to work independently, and balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
