We are looking for a creative and commercially driven PR & Influencer Executive to help grow MOOD London’s brand presence across the UK and international luxury fragrance market. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for supporting and executing PR strategies that generate brand awareness, earned media coverage, and strong visibility within the luxury beauty and fragrance sector, while also leading the growth of our influencer, ambassador, and UGC programmes.

As a PR & Influencer Executive, you will manage MOOD London’s day-to-day social and influencer activity, building and nurturing relationships with creators, press, and brand partners to deliver impactful campaigns that educate, inspire, and engage our audience. The role will focus on driving traffic, increasing brand love, supporting customer acquisition, and strengthening our online and retail presence. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will also support new product launches, retail campaigns, and market expansion initiatives by ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality, on-brand content and influencer collaborations that align with MOOD London’s luxury positioning and growth strategy.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same from coordinating influencer partnerships, product launches, gifting and brand events, to supporting media outreach, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production of PR + gifting events end to end from conception + bookings through to execution and hosting.
  • Support the creation and ongoing optimisation of a structured influencer strategy, defining how many creators to engage per campaign and per quarter, aligned to budget and brand objectives.
  • Develop a clear outreach framework, including who to contact, why they are relevant, and how they align with MOOD London’s audience and luxury fragrance positioning.
  • Build and manage a scalable Ambassador Programme, identifying long-term brand advocates and nurturing relationships to increase repeat content, loyalty, and deeper brand storytelling.
  • Define influencer posting expectations and cadence, ensuring clarity and consistency across collaborations.
  • Partner with brand and social teams to identify opportunities to amplify influencer content across owned channels.
  • Proactively identify content gaps and recommend influencer-led solutions that support brand campaigns, product education, and cultural relevance.
  • Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to inform timely influencer campaigns and reactive opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate influencer campaign performance, including engagement, reach, content quality, traffic, and conversion indicators.
  • Maintain detailed trackers for influencer outreach, gifting and seeding activity, campaign budgets, content delivery, and ambassador performance.
  • Produce campaign wrap-ups and insights reports, highlighting learnings and recommendations to optimise future influencer strategy, event impact, and ambassador performance.
About you

This role requires a strong balance of organisation, creativity, and cultural fluency, alongside a genuine passion for influencer storytelling, luxury-led beauty, and meaningful brand impact.

  • 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social-led brand communications, ideally within fragrances, beauty or personal care.
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and delivery through to content approvals.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, inspiring briefs and stakeholder updates.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and what drives high-performing creator content.
  • Good understanding of the UK beauty and influencer landscape.
  • Analytical and insight-driven, comfortable translating performance data into actionable learnings.
  • Proactive, hands-on and confident managing your own workload.
  • A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Experience with key PR software including Onclusive, Readly, Roxhill, Cision, Releasd, NLA.
  • A strong creative eye and instinct for inclusive, authentic, and culturally relevant storytelling.
  • Experience working with agencies (talent, influencer, or social) is advantageous.
