We're looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer & All-Round Creative to join the MOOD London team and help shape the visual identity of one of the UK's fastest-growing luxury fragrance brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life across digital, retail and product experiences.
You'll play a key role in bringing the MOOD London brand to life by creating high-quality creative assets across multiple channels. This includes product label and packaging design, mock-ups, social media graphics, videos, reels, email marketing campaigns, website assets, digital advertising, retail point-of-sale materials and campaign visuals, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
As our Graphic Designer & All-Round Creative, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality creative assets that strengthen our brand identity, support commercial objectives and create an exceptional customer experience. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll create compelling visual content across digital, print and retail channels, including social media, Meta Ads, email campaigns, website assets, packaging, product launches, point-of-sale materials, advertising campaigns, event collateral and internal communications.
You'll also support the development of creative concepts, brand campaigns, photography, video, motion graphics and marketing materials that inspire customers and reinforce our premium positioning. You'll work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Product Development, Retail, HR and external agencies to transform ideas and business requirements into engaging creative solutions.
We're looking for someone who is both imaginative and commercially aware, with the ability to balance creativity with business objectives. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You are a highly creative and commercially minded designer with a passion for building premium brands through exceptional visual storytelling. You combine strong design fundamentals with innovative thinking and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You have outstanding skills across Adobe Creative Suite and are confident in creating assets for both digital and print, from social media content and email campaigns to packaging, point-of-sale materials, product launches and brand communications. You're also comfortable working with video, motion graphics, AI creative tools and, ideally, 2D and 3D design to produce engaging and impactful content.
You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, colour and art direction, always ensuring every piece of work reflects a consistent and elevated brand identity. You understand that great design is not only beautiful but also purposeful, helping to drive customer engagement, strengthen brand awareness and support commercial objectives.
You are both imaginative and pragmatic, capable of taking projects from concept through to final execution while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across marketing, product development, retail and external partners, bringing ideas to life through creativity, curiosity and attention to detail.
