Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, take orders accurately, recommend products, and handle all cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Drink Preparation: prepare a variety of bubble teas, fruit teas, and related beverages according to Mooboo’s recipes and quality standards (training provided). This includes brewing fresh tea and preparing tapioca pearls (boba).
- Store Operations: assist with opening and closing procedures, restock ingredients, keep the display area clean and attractive, and maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Teamwork: work efficiently with the team to manage peak‑time rush and ensure smooth service flow.
What We Are Looking For
