We are looking for a highly organised and data‑driven Trading & Merchandising Assistant to help keep our site seamless and engaging.
This critical role works closely with CRM and Paid Media teams to monitor site performance, execute promotional campaigns and turn insights into improved customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily website maintenance, updating product listings, promotional campaigns and category content.
- Help manage the onsite trading calendar, ensuring all promotional activity is executed accurately and on time.
- Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports and tracking key KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic and revenue across regions.
- Assist with SEO implementation by updating meta‑data and landing‑page content.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product and Marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and effective communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Perform quality assurance audits of site journeys to identify bugs, broken links or messaging inconsistencies, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing site optimisation projects.
About You
- Data‑driven and detail‑oriented, with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Creative, “can‑do” attitude and genuine interest in site design, user journeys and online trading.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Nice to Haves
- Experience or strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing or web operations.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; exposure to Tableau is a plus.
