MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. Today we’re a 400+ strong team who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to local artisans. Our global HQ is in London, UK, with additional premises in Dagenham, Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO. We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

The M&O team is in need of a commercially focused Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant to support exciting projects we’re working on in 2025! The M&O team collaborates with most teams & functions in the business, from launching new products to analysing data to improve customer journeys. This will be an 8-month contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Launching new product ranges on the website
  • Supporting the driving of revenue by trading the website
  • Ensuring that the site is a seamless experience for our customers by improving functionality & brand narrative
  • Maintaining the site
  • Building and delivering key landing pages, campaigns, and product launches
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across the site
  • Supporting the delivery of the revenue plan, lead generation & conversion targets
  • Prioritising and implementing changes to improve product journeys & regional performance
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify useful analytics
  • Building relationships with other functions to deliver changes to the site
