The Role: Hands-on lead of the creative direction and execution of brand and marketing projects – from concept to delivery. Translate strategy into powerful ideas that tell clear, compelling stories. Own the MOO graphic system and how documented in the brand guidelines. Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers and cross-functional collaborators. Line management responsibilities for designers and creatives. Collaborate closely with copy, art direction, and production to craft cohesive campaigns and content. Partner with the Head of Art Direction and Creative Director to shape team culture, workflow, and creative excellence. Curious to try new approaches to design, storytelling, and creative problem-solving – balancing innovation with delivery. Confidently present and discuss creative work with senior stakeholders, guiding conversations with clarity and conviction.

The person we want: 10+ years of experience in design or art direction, ideally across both agency and in-house environments. Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence. Deep understanding of graphic design, marketing channels, campaign methodologies and content creation. Strategic thinker who can connect creative decisions to business and audience goals. Exceptional craft skills – with an eye for detail, form, and storytelling. Calm and confident under pressure; creative and energetic when things get complex. Natural communicator and collaborator – articulate, open, and persuasive in both creative and strategic discussions. A love of ideas, design, and helping others find their best creative rhythm.

Responsibilities: Sets the creative standard and leads by example – raising the bar for quality and imagination. Shapes MOO’s visual language and ensures it evolves with purpose and flair. Builds confidence, clarity, and momentum across creative teams and stakeholders. Develops designers into confident, independent thinkers and doers. Strengthens MOO’s reputation for creative excellence – internally, with customers, and across the industry.

Nice To Haves: Experience in video editing in Premiere Pro. Basic understanding of AI-assisted post-production tools. Skills in Motion design/animation.
