Our global HQ is in London, UK, with additional premises in Dagenham, and locations in the US including Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO.

Team Intro: You’ll be part of our in-house Creative agency - a 22 strong team of designers, writers, photographers, filmmakers, and artworkers based in London - shaping the voice of MOO across every channel. The Artwork team oversees craft excellence and post-production for all creative delivery across all channels.

The Role: The Artworker is a specialist who makes MOO’s ideas shine in their final form. They bring creative concepts to life with precision, consistency, and care – ensuring every detail looks beautiful, accurate, and unmistakably MOO. This role bridges creativity and execution: turning design intent into finished assets across digital, print, and motion. Calm under pressure and confident in their craft, they take pride in getting things right – from retouching and resizing to colour accuracy and typography. They’re curious, collaborative, and fast to learn, balancing quality with pace. Success looks like work that feels effortless – accurate, on-brand, and delivered with pride.

The person we want:

  • Experience within a creative agency or in-house brand team; working with designers, artworkers, and post-production.
  • Confident using project management tools/software.
  • Calm, confident communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • A passion for organised folder and file systems.
  • A keen brand guardian - recognises consistency across the brand and proactive when seeing assets that don’t align.
  • A love of being a critical part of a creative team.
  • The ability to get things done gracefully, even when it’s busy.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce final artwork and production-ready files for digital, print, and motion deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project managers to translate creative concepts into polished assets.
  • Retouch, resize, and reformat visuals for multiple channels and outputs – ensuring quality, colour, and consistency.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, ensuring assets are accurate and on-brand.
  • Maintain a high level of technical control, working to MOO’s creative and production standards.
  • Create and adapt templates or guidelines to help scale creative consistency across channels.
  • Participate in studio workflow improvements and share technical knowledge with peers.
  • Work across both post-production and ‘straight to artwork’ projects, taking ownership from creative handover through to delivery.
  • Maintain organised, version-controlled files and follow studio best practices for file naming and asset management.
  • Contribute to small-scale design and layout work when needed – showing initiative and creative sensitivity.

About you:

  • A steady hand under pressure and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency – especially in retouching and formatting.
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography, and file preparation for both digital and print.
  • Expert technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus) and comfort working in Figma.

Leadership:

  • A love of great design and a drive to make things look (and work) better every time.
  • Collaborative spirit – you communicate clearly and work confidently with designers, writers, and producers.
  • Helps shape a studio culture that’s open, positive, and full of energy.
  • Builds trust and reliability across the creative team.
  • Comfort working within established production workflows and asset management systems.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in video editing in Premiere Pro.
  • Basic understanding of AI-assisted post-production tools.
  • Skills in motion design/animation.
