We are a multi award-winning letting agent based in Fife, known for combining professionalism with a genuinely friendly approach. We're growing and looking for a confident, organised and accountable individual to join our Dunfermline office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Managing diaries (viewings, inspections, maintenance)
  • Coordinating maintenance issues from report to resolution
  • Supporting compliance and legislation management
  • Preparing tenancy documentation
  • Working across multiple IT systems
  • Supporting the wider team while managing your own workload

What We're Looking For

  • Strong admin and IT skills
  • Excellent communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player who is also confident working independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Lettings experience is desirable but not essential.
