Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team strives to deliver personalised, omni-channel experiences that deepen the connection between MOO and its customers. Each touch point is an opportunity to deliver remarkable experiences for customers, while building greater lifetime value potential for MOO.
MOO is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation to join the CRM team and unlock the full potential of our customer marketing technology. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our marketing automation efforts, with a focus on optimising how we use Braze to deliver timely, personalised, and relevant customer communications. You will oversee the technical setup, data flows, and campaign architecture that power our automation and lifecycle programs—ensuring they scale efficiently and perform effectively. As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in connecting customer insight with technical execution, helping us deepen engagement, improve retention, and grow lifetime value.
This is a hybrid role based in London, and will report to the Head of Global CRM.
We're looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed Senior Manager, Marketing Automation to elevate our customer marketing performance and lead our Marketing Automation function. You’ll be responsible for maximizing our capabilities in our customer marketing automation platform (Braze), and for leading the team responsible for the day-to-day execution of email and automated campaigns. This role is central to delivering timely, relevant, and personalized customer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize performance of the email channel, ensuring it meets customer engagement and revenue goals.
- Develop reporting, and monitor performance of campaigns and lifecycle canvases utilising Braze, Google Analytics, Tableau, and other analytics tools. Translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional partners within CRM, marketing, brand, creative, commercial performance teams to align messaging, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Stay on top of Braze’s evolving feature set and marketing automation best practices. Lead the implementation of new tools, processes, and integrations to improve campaign sophistication.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and refinement of customer segments and canvases that deliver timely, relevant messages across the lifecycle.
- Champion a culture of experimentation within the automation team, leading test strategies that improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure Braze receives the right data, and in formats usable for segmentation, personalization, and reporting.
About You:
- Proven experience in CRM or marketing automation, including experience managing people or teams.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (such as Braze), possessing the ability to build complex, data-driven campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience translating customer lifecycle strategy into scalable, testable, and performance-driven automations.
- Analytical mindset with a ability to use data to tell a story and make decisions.
- Strong prioritization skills; able to handle multiple initiatives and priorities of the marketing automation team.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice To Haves:
- Familiarity with HTML for email, data integrations, and tagging implementation (e.g. Liquid in Braze) is a plus.
