MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. Today we’re a 400+ strong team who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to small businesses. Our global HQ is in London, UK, with additional premises in Dagenham, Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO. We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
You’ll be part of our in-house Creative agency - a 22 strong team of designers, writers, photographers, filmmakers, and art workers based in London - shaping the voice of MOO across every channel. The Creative Operations function is where ideas become real, turning inspiration into action – building the systems, clarity, sensitivity, and energy that get brilliant work made and out the door.
Together, the Lead Creative Project Manager and Creative Project Manager keep that creative energy flowing: they’re the calm at the centre of chaos, the connective tissue between strategy and craft, and the people who make sure ‘done’ actually happens. They bring pace, clarity, and order - not to slow things down, but to give creativity the space to move fast and deliver beautifully.
The Role
You love creative chaos - but you love order just as much. You’re the calm at the centre of the brainstorm, the spreadsheet whisperer who keeps ideas moving. As part of MOO’s Creative Project Management team, you’ll help keep the creative heart of the brand beating beautifully. You’ll work closely with the Lead Creative Project Manager to keep our creative studio running like clockwork - making sure people, projects, and priorities all click into place. This role blends structure and energy. You’ll bring pace and clarity to the team, turning plans into progress and helping make creativity look effortless. You keep your cool when things heat up - solving problems with calm, care, and a sense of humour.
The Person We Want
- Some experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- A background in creative operations, studio, or project management.
- Confidence using Monday.com (especially automations and reporting).
- Calm, confident communication and empathy for creative workflows.
- A passion for tidy systems, clear communication, and well-run studios.
- A love of being a critical part of a creative team.
- The ability to get things done gracefully, even when it’s busy.
Responsibilities
- Help run the creative studio day-to-day: manage traffic, timelines, resource, and workflows in Monday.com.
- Plan and prioritise: map out timelines, milestones, and team capacity so the right people are on the right things at the right time.
- Keep communication clear: connect the dots between creatives and stakeholders.
- Spot issues early: flag risks, solve problems, technical issues or team morale and keep delivery on track – without the drama.
- Support shoots and production: coordinate logistics so everything (and everyone) lands in the right place.
- Evolve how we work: suggest automations, templates, and process improvements that make collaboration easier.
- Add to the vibe: help shape a studio culture that’s open, positive, and full of energy.
