MOO, established in 2006, has grown into a team of over 400 employees creating print and digital products for clients ranging from Google and Airbnb to craft fairs. Our global headquarters is in London, UK, with additional locations in Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver. We are seeking a commercially focused Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant for an 8-month contract to support exciting projects in 2025. This role involves working across teams to launch new products, enhance customer experience, and analyze data to improve website performance. Responsibilities include: Launching new product ranges on the website Supporting revenue growth through website trading Enhancing site functionality and brand narrative for seamless customer experience Maintaining website content and performance You will be responsible for implementing new product, service, or campaign journeys, collaborating with marketing teams to review site performance, and ensuring the website meets customer expectations. Ideal candidates are interested in ecommerce, data-driven, and passionate about online customer experiences. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates. Key Responsibilities: Build and deliver landing pages, campaigns, and product launches Ensure messaging and branding consistency Support revenue and conversion targets Prioritize and implement site improvements Assist in defining and delivering optimization initiatives Analyze and share insights on product, regional, and device performance Collaborate across functions to implement site changes About You: Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player Open to a \’test & learn\’ culture Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented Nice to Have: Experience with content management systems Data manipulation skills Why Work at MOO?
