MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. Today we’re a 400+ strong team who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, with additional premises in Dagenham, Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO.

About You

  • A high-energy, reliable worker who loves staying active on the floor and getting things done.
  • Someone who proactively tracks down "chase" jobs, operating light machinery like the Morgana and Luxe Press, ensuring everything hits our daily targets.
  • Personable, enjoys working across different teams, and is always ready to jump into packaging or dispatch.
  • Assist in making sure our products get out the door on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and action the daily "chase list" to help the team achieve targets and maintain customer delivery timelines.
  • Operating small machinery - set up and operate equipment such as the Morgana, Luxe Press and Round Corner machines.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments to ensure these products meet quality standards.
  • Production prioritisation & SLA management - work efficiently through daily workloads, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Quality control - carry out quality checks throughout the production process, using internal systems to record and report any issues.
  • Assembly & packaging - sort, assemble and package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are prepared correctly for dispatch.
  • Dispatch management - Accurately gather and prepare jobs for collection by carriers, completing consignments and manifests.
  • Basic IT & system use - use internal systems to navigate production screens, update order details and make minor address corrections where required.
  • Work area organisation & housekeeping - Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
  • Additional duties - Carry out any other reasonable duties aligned with the role and operational needs.
