We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliates Executive to accelerate the growth of our Personal Banking product, managing our partnership opportunities through Affiliates. Working within a multidisciplinary team across performance marketing channels, you’ll collaborate with our data team, marketing engineers, product marketers, writers, creative teams, and external agencies to drive Monzo’s next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new growth for Monzo Personal Banking (B2C) focused on user acquisition and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to our overall growth strategy including new and existing partner/partnership opportunities, negotiations, and forecasting.
- Set up, optimise, analyse, and report on campaign performance depending on the objective of the campaign.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of a campaign, from partner scoping, owning Financial Promotion submissions for the campaigns, optimisation to Post Campaign Analysis (PCA).
- Own and execute the test and learn process across landing pages, ad copy, and anything that may improve Monzo’s growth trajectory.
- Work closely with our brand, product marketing, and creative studio to deliver high performance advertising, grounded around user insights and data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, fellow marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
- Partner closely with the platforms feeding into best in class JBPs, structure, experimentation, and areas for improvement.
- Scope new opportunities like micro influencer strategies in collaboration with our Content team.
- Put the customer first. We’re a mission-led company and everything we do is to benefit our customers.
- Take a ‘test and learn’ approach and love agile ways of working.
- Have run successful Affiliate acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business - preferably in financial services.
- Have experience with Affiliate platforms (like AWIN or Impact).
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and turn them into a reality end-to-end.
- Like to use data to tell a story about performance and understand how our business customers engage with us.
