The team is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory reporting requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across Monzo.ð You'll play a key role by...Producing Monzo's regulatory liquidity reporting, ensuring robust and consistent controls across all outputs to support regulatory compliance and internal governance requirementsDocumenting the applicable regulatory interpretations and communicationAssisting the wider team produce Monzo's capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)Executing and improving the controls required to ensure regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and completeEnsuring all our regulatory reporting runs like clockworkUsing data visualisation tools to build dashboards and facilitate sign-off and useful insightsDesigning brilliant ways to automate your work and leverage technology to ensure we scale with the businessð We'd love to hear from you if...You have a good understanding and experience of producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returnsYou're excited by data and have a sharp eye for detailYou have knowledge of coding languages like SQL would be a bonus, although a willingness to learn is just fine You have a proven record of delivering to strict deadlines You want to automate or enhance recurring processes, particularly by leveraging technology, but know how to balance this with getting the actual reports out!ð What's in it for youðup to 55,000 (depending on experience) incentive awards tied to your performanceðThis role is based in our London office on a hybrid basis.
