Role OverviewWe\’re looking for three Tech Recruiters to join our Hiring team to help us source and hire talented, diverse people into our tech recruitment team. These positions are fixed‐term contracts. Location: London or Remote (UK). Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 dependent on experience + benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes.
Identify the skills they\’re looking for and how best to assess them, challenging their thinking and asking the right questions.
Run the entire hiring process from beginning to end, convincing candidates to join us.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, promoting diversity and inclusiveness and making every applicant feel valued.
Refine hiring processes using data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience recruiting for fast‐paced, product‐focused tech companies.
Deep care for inclusiveness and diversity.
Strong sourcing skills and resourcefulness.
Empathetic, adaptable, and respectful of candidates\’ needs and priorities.
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs.
Ability to determine whether someone has the required skills, without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.
Desired Experience
In‐house recruiting experience at a startup or scale‐up.
Direct experience working with senior stakeholders.
