About Our Fincrime Action Squad

Fincrime delivers best-in-class counter-crime capabilities for Monzo, working across product, engineering and risk teams to safeguard the business and protect our customers.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll lead a brand-new FinCrime Action squad dedicated to solving all customer and regulatory actions—exits, defunds, banning, investigation tooling, and more. Working alongside deep ML, platform and risk experts, you’ll innovate, discover, and measure impact.

That Means You’ll

  • Build a product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively, inspire teams and share the right context with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams across Monzo.
  • Define, deliver, and measure the impact of customer-focused experiences.
