⭐ Our Growth Marketing team

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Executive to help us grow our UK and US business primarily through paid search whilst also supporting our paid social and affiliate marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience running paid search campaigns who’s eager to deepen their skills across performance channels like Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads as well as Meta, and TikTok. You’ll join our Growth Marketing team at Monzo and report into Ashil Shavdia, Growth Marketing Lead (Business Banking). You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Manager, Paid Social Manager, and collaborate with Brand, Product, and Data teams to deliver impactful results.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

  • Supporting end‑to‑end campaign delivery with ownership of setting up, optimising and reporting with a focus on Paid Search, while also contributing to Social and Affiliate activity
  • Contributing to shaping and executing our growth strategy across key business areas, helping identify new opportunities and scaling what works
  • Supporting in developing testing strategies around account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps
  • Collaborating with our Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to deliver high‑performing creative, grounded in data and user insight
  • Ensuring all creative assets follow best practice and comply with financial regulation requirements
  • Providing competitor focused insights including Auction Insights and changes to landing pages, messaging and propositions
  • Staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends, sharing learnings across the wider Growth Marketing team

📍This role can be based in our London office, but we’re open to distributed working within the UK
