About Our Financial Health Team
We are scaling our data and credit team to support the rapid growth of our portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Financial Health squad who focus on supporting customers in financial difficulty.
What You’ll Be Working On
As a Senior Data Analyst you will partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering in an agile product environment. You’ll champion the use of data and bring ideas into life through a rigorous analytical approach. Your work will focus on improving the support to customers in financial difficulty, ensuring our operational processes are well controlled, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Your Day‑to‑day
- Generate insights that drive the Financial Health strategy through proactive analysis
- Bring data-driven rigor to product development and structure complex projects to deliver outcomes
- Work and advise on Financial Health’s global expansion strategy
- Develop and maintain looker dashboards, reports and metrics to assess business and customer outcomes
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators
- Build and maintain controls to ensure business processes run as intended
- Lead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our data
Locations & Flexible Working
Our main tech hub is in London, but data teams are based all over the UK. You can work remotely. We value flexibility, connection, and wellbeing, allowing you to work where you feel most comfortable.
Our Technology Stack
We use a real‑time analytics platform based on Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, dbt, and SQL. We also use Python for data science, Go for application code, and AWS for backend infrastructure.
